Meet Dr. Poulter's team

Get to know the team who will assist you in your treatment and recovery.

Mike Skonieczka, PA-C

Mike is a certified physician assistant. He assists Dr. Poulter during spinal surgery. He also assists in taking care of patients after surgery while they are in the hospital. He helps answer patients' questions about what to expect after spine surgery and is active in patient care and back pain treatments.

Mike has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Gannon University, a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Butler University, a master’s degree in exercise physiology and sports management from Cleveland State and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Butler University.

Stefanie Hart

Stefanie is a certified surgical technologist and surgical first assistant. She received her associate’s degree from Ivy Tech. Stefanie’s role with Dr. Poulter includes: passing instruments and helping with the flow of their surgical day. Stefanie communicates with surgical representatives and the operating room staff to ensure he has the right instruments, supplies and equipment for back surgery.
