Meet the OrthoIndy Trauma Team
The OrthoIndy Trauma team provides orthopedic trauma care exclusively at the St.Vincent Indianapolis Level 1 Trauma Center; the only trauma center on the north side of Indianapolis.
The St.Vincent Indianapolis Level 1 Trauma Center received its Level 1 verification from the American College of Surgeons (ACS), confirming that the hospital is equipped for and capable of providing the highest level of care for patients with the most serious injuries. Through St.Vincent StatFlight, an emergency medical helicopter service with five bases throughout the state, patients have region-wide access to rapid transportation and high-level trauma care.
